BATHINDA: Max super specialty hospital (MSSH), Bathinda has been awarded the prestigious national accreditation board for hospitals & healthcare providers (NABH) accreditation. The hospital is first super specialty hospital in Malwa region of Punjab to be awarded with this certification. NABH is regarded as the highest national recognition for quality patient care and safety and Max Hospital has entered the league of premier hospitals recognized for its focus on providing quality services to its patients. MSSH had begun operations in September 2011.
Announcing the development on Tuesday MSSH GM operations Haresh Dahyalal Trivedi said patients would be the biggest beneficiaries of this accreditation as getting NABH accreditation fully endorsed the fact that the hospital has a 360 degree approach towards patient care. NABH Standards were known to strengthen the patient and community’s confidence in the quality and safety of treatment and services provided at the hospital. We would continue to live up to the standards set up by NABH.”
MSSH medical advisor Dr. Manoj Majhi said the NABH accreditation was recognition of our commitment to provide service and medical excellence with an all round focus on patient care.
NABH is a constituent board of quality council of India, set up to establish and operate accreditation and allied programs for healthcare organizations. The board is structured to cater to much desired needs of the consumers and to set benchmarks for the progress of health industry.
